Most of my inspiration comes from heartache and pain

But he ain’t so perfect so here I am…


What do we do when we are in love..yet the one we love is unlovable and you are sick of crying and just want him to get the hell out?? You are finished crying and you couldn’t be more pissed than you already are…..so you go buy the shovel and the rope to get ready to tie his ass up and bury him deep…deep in the ground, but then you think to yourself you are much too pretty to spend the rest of your life in jail….so instead you will just break up with his stupid ass.

Trust me….save your tears.. HE AINT WORTH THE FIGHT………Do like Beyonce says and put your freaking dress on and go catch yourself a man……….

How often do we say that we are leaving? How often do we say that this is it….no more…..this is the last time??

Too often we make promises to ourselves to end this horrible cycle, but too often do we forget the pain when the “scar” heals.

NOTHING will get better until you realize what you are facing and that you are not facing it alone. So many women and men fall into the trap of trying to stay in a relationship because he/she wants to make it “better”. We think if we love harder that we can change the person that we are with. The sad truth is that we can not “love” the other person into loving us. We must first love ourselves to realize that what we are receiving from the person we think loves us is not really love at all. That person who call us names, shouts at us, hits on us……and so many more painful things is not the love of our life, but indeed a conspirator to murder. They might not pull the trigger, but they hand you the “gun” and force you to believe that you are nothing………..so are you going to pull the trigger? Or will you take my hand and let me help us get through this together?

The generation that wouldn't trust anyone over 30

Average life expectancy in the U.S. has risen to an all time high. However, the amount of money people put away for retirement isn't rising at all. How is our nation going to make sure its citizens have the money to retire? Here are some ideas to think about:

I. ABOUT SOCIAL SECURITY FUTURE...
Americans will not be able to rely solely on Social Security for a comfortable retirement. In the future, it's projected to cover an increasingly smaller percentage of the average retirement. There's debate as to whether it should be repaired or replaced. But what's clear is we need to reform Social Security now. Unless action is taken soon to strengthen Social Security, in just 11 years we will begin paying more in benefits than we collect in taxes. Without changes, by 2040 the Social Security Trust Fund will be exhausted.

II. WORK TO BUILD A SECURE FUTURE...
Companies should continue looking for ways to encourage employees to participate in retirement plans such as, 401(k) plan, profit sharing plan, and 457 plan (governmental).
